The Food & Beverage Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily execution of all food and beverage outlets within the hotel, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, strong team performance, and consistent adherence to brand and service standards. This leader supports overall hotel operations by driving excellence in restaurants, bars, banquets, and in‐room dining while maintaining a culture of hospitality, teamwork, and accountability.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and support all F&B outlets, ensuring smooth daily operations, consistent service delivery, and adherence to company standards.
  • Train, coach, and develop associates and supervisors, fostering a positive, guest‐focused culture and strong teamwork across departments.
  • Monitor guest satisfaction and implement service improvements to elevate the overall dining experience.
  • Oversee scheduling, labor management, and staffing levels to ensure efficient operations while meeting financial targets.
  • Partner with culinary leadership to maintain food quality, presentation standards, and timely service across all outlets.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations, maintaining a clean and well‐organized environment at all times.
  • Support banquet and event operations, ensuring flawless execution of meetings, conferences, and special events.
  • Assist with inventory control, ordering, cost management, and budget adherence to maximize profitability.
  • Handle guest concerns with professionalism, resolving issues promptly to maintain high satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Participate in menu planning, promotional strategies, and revenue‐generating initiatives to drive outlet performance.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of food and beverage leadership experience in a full‐service hotel or high‐volume restaurant environment.
  • Strong understanding of both front‐of‐house and back‐of‐house operations.
  • Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop diverse teams.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem‐solving skills.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Knowledge of financial reporting, cost control, and labor management.
  • Commitment to delivering exceptional guest service and upholding high hospitality standards.

Salary 65k Plus 10% Bonus
