Job Details: Our center is seeking team-oriented Registered Nurse / RNs who are dedicated to patient outcomes and customer service. We provide flexibility by offering PRN options for Registered Nurses.

About Us: The Center at CenterPlace is Greeley's premier, dedicated short-term rehabilitation facility featuring 54 private suites, state of the art rehabilitation equipment, and care delivered in a hotel-like setting. We are in the process of building a team dedicated to excellence, outcomes, & execution.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Administers and documents the administrations of medications and treatments per physician orders
  • Assesses patients routinely and with changes of condition
  • Communicates changes of condition, test results, etc. as per company policy
  • Educates patients as necessary
  • Ensures the patient care plan is implemented
  • Supervises and coordinates LPN's & CNA's
