Your Impact
As General Manager, you will serve as the strategic and operational leader of the Kimpton Monaco Baltimore, inspiring your team to deliver extraordinary guest experiences while achieving outstanding financial results.

Key Responsibilities
Strategic & Financial Leadership
  • Drive overall hotel performance through strategic leadership and strong financial acumen.
  • Analyze key business metrics including occupancy, ADR, RevPAR, market share, GOP, and guest satisfaction to maximize profitability.
  • Develop and execute annual operating budgets, business plans, and capital strategies.
  • Identify opportunities to grow revenue while maintaining operational excellence and expense control.

People Leadership & Culture
  • Recruit, develop, coach, and inspire a high-performing leadership team.
  • Foster an engaging, inclusive culture built on accountability, recognition, and continuous development.
  • Create an environment where associates feel empowered to deliver memorable guest experiences.
  • Partner closely with Human Resources to support talent acquisition, succession planning, associate relations, and leadership development.

Sales, Marketing & Community Engagement

  • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Revenue Management to maximize market share and profitability.
  • Support creative marketing initiatives that strengthen the hotel's positioning within Baltimore's competitive lifestyle hotel market.

Communication & Execution
  • Communicate effectively with ownership, corporate partners, and hotel leadership.
  • Foster collaboration across all departments through transparent, consistent communication.

What We're Looking For
  • Proven success as a General Manager or senior hotel executive leading a full-service, luxury, or lifestyle hotel.
  • Experience with Kimpton, IHG, Marriott Autograph Collection, Hyatt, W Hotels, Thompson, Pendry, or similar lifestyle brands is highly preferred.
  • Demonstrated success leading complex food and beverage operations.
  • Strong financial acumen with a history of delivering exceptional business results.
