Job Type: Full-Time / Part-Time

Job Overview:
Greenville Inn & Suites is seeking a friendly, dependable, and professional Front Desk Clerk to join our team. As the first point of contact for our guests, the Front Desk Clerk plays a key role in providing excellent customer service and ensuring a positive guest experience from check-in to check-out.

Responsibilities:

  • Greet guests in a warm and professional manner upon arrival
  • Check guests in and out of the hotel efficiently
  • Answer phone calls, take reservations, and respond to guest inquiries
  • Process payments and maintain accurate billing records
  • Provide information about hotel services, amenities, and local attractions
  • Address guest concerns or complaints promptly and professionally
  • Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
  • Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance staff as needed
  • Follow hotel policies and procedures

Qualifications:
