Schedule: Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Wyndham Indianapolis West is looking for a dependable, hands-on Hotel Maintenance Technician to help keep our hotel safe, comfortable, and operating at its best. If you enjoy troubleshooting, working with your hands, and taking pride in maintaining a welcoming environment for guests and team members, we'd love to hear from you.

Responsibilities
  • Perform preventive maintenance and general repairs throughout the hotel, including guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces.
  • Complete basic repairs involving HVAC systems, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, and general building maintenance.
  • Respond promptly to guest and staff maintenance requests.
  • Inspect equipment and building systems to identify maintenance needs and ensure a safe, well-maintained property.
  • Troubleshoot maintenance issues and complete repairs efficiently.
  • Maintain accurate records of completed repairs and preventive maintenance tasks.
  • Keep the maintenance shop, tools, and equipment clean, organized, and in good working condition.
  • Follow all company safety policies and procedures.
  • Work closely with other hotel departments to provide an exceptional guest experience.
Qualifications
