Joignez-vous a l'equipe dynamique de l'hotel Omni MontRoyal,  reconnu pour l'excellence de son service et son accueil chaleureux au cur du centre-ville de Montreal. Nous sommes presentement a la recherche d'un(e) barman(maid) passionne(e) par le service a la clientele, dote(e) d'un excellent sens de l'organisation et d'un fort esprit d'equipe, afin d'offrir une experience memorable a notre clientele locale et internationale dans un environnement professionnel et stimulant.

Horaire de travail :

Temps partiel

3 jours/semaine. Doit etre disponible pour travailler sur tous les quarts de travail incluant les matins, les apres-midis, les soirs et les fins de semaine (sujet a changement).

Le salaire est de 24.36 $/heure.

 Description du poste 

  • Accueillir les invite(e)s et les diriger a leurs tables;
  • Decrire la carte des vins et des boissons, conseiller les invites dans leurs choix et suggerer des accords mets et vins;
  • Proceder a la prise de commande et s'assurer d'un suivi efficace entre le bar et la cuisine;
  • Faire le service des plats commandes selon les normes de service de l'Hotel;
  • Preparer et presenter les additions aux invite(e)s et percevoir les paiements;
  • Offrir un service hors-pair a nos invites et gerer les plaintes, au besoin;
  • Veiller au bon deroulement de l'experience-client;
  • Proceder a la mise en place de l'environnement de travail;
  • Dresser et debarrasser les tables, s'assurer de la proprete du bar-lounge et nettoyer la section de bar;
  • Prendre et gerer l'inventaire, transporter des caisses de boissons et remplir le bar et la cave en maintenant et controlant la quantite de stock;
  • Preparer et servir les boissons alcooliques ou non-alcooliques aux invites;
  • Toutes autres taches connexes.

Qualifications requises:

  • Attestation d'etudes en service de bar obligatoire ou l'equivalent;
  • Diplome d'etudes professionnelles en hotellerie, option restauration;
  • Experience de travail d'au moins 2 ans dans un poste similaire ou toute autre experience pertinente sera consideree;
  • Connaissance de Micros (un atout);
  • Excellente connaissances des vins et des spiritueux;
  • Parfaitement bilingue, francais et anglais, a l'oral;
  • Experience avec la gestion de transactions monetaires;
  • Suivre et respecter les directives et normes de l'Hotel;
  • Attitude professionnelle 
  • Autonome et organise dans son travail;
  • Travailler en equipe et demontrer de l'entraide;
  • Esprit ouvert et tres sociable;
  • Aptitude pour la vente;
  • Entregent et savoir communiquer clairement avec les invite(e)s;
  • S'adapter a une clientele diversifiee et assurer un service de qualite.
