1) Identification du poste

  • Département : Restauration
  • Supérieur immédiat : Directeur Général
  • Horaire : Mercredi au dimanche, 7h à 15h (fin de semaine obligatoire)

2) Mission du poste

Le Maître d’hôtel de jour est responsable de la planification, de la coordination et du bon déroulement des services du matin et du midi au restaurant Le Riverain. Il assure l’excellence des services de déjeuner à la carte (en semaine) , brunch (la fin de semaine) et dîner en maintenant des standards élevés de qualité, de constance et d’efficacité. Leader sur le terrain, il supervise les opérations, mobilise son équipe et veille à offrir une expérience client personnalisée et irréprochable. Il agit comme un véritable chef d’orchestre entre la salle et la cuisine, anticipe les besoins, gère les priorités en temps réel et contribue directement à la satisfaction et à la fidélisation de la clientèle.

3) Responsabilités principales

  • Planifier, organiser et superviser les services du déjeuner, brunch et dîner
  • Assurer la fluidité du service et le respect des standards de qualité
  • Gérer les périodes de fort achalandage

2) Position Summary

The Daytime Maître d’Hôtel is responsible for planning, coordinating, and overseeing breakfast, brunch, and lunch services at Le Riverain restaurant. He/She ensures excellence in à la carte breakfast (weekdays), brunch (weekends), and lunch service while maintaining high standards of quality, consistency, and efficiency. As a hands-on leader, they supervise operations, motivate their team, and ensure a personalized and exceptional guest experience. They act as a key link between the dining room and the kitchen, anticipate needs, manage priorities in real time, and contribute directly to guest satisfaction and loyalty.

3) Key Responsibilities

Operations Management:

  • Plan, organize, and supervise breakfast, brunch, and lunch services
  • Ensure smooth service flow and adherence to quality standards
  • Manage high-volume periods efficiently

Guest Experience:
