  • Competitive Pay
    • The starting rate is based on experience and qualifications. This position participates in our compensation program, which provides opportunities for future pay growth based on performance and career development.

  • Lead the successful opening and stabilization of the new-build hotel, establishing operating procedures, service standards, and team expectations
  • Develop and manage annual budgets, capital plans, forecasts, and financial strategies
  • Monitor P&L performance, identify trends and opportunities, and implement strategies to achieve revenue, GOP, and NOI goals
  • Partner with sales and revenue management teams to develop strategies that maximize occupancy, ADR, RevPAR, and market share
  • Direct all aspects of hotel operations, including front office, housekeeping, breakfast, maintenance, and guest services
  • Ensure compliance with Hilton brand standards, company policies, and all applicable federal, state, and local regulations

  • Establish clear performance expectations, accountability measures, and development plans for department leaders and associates
  • Lead and mentor department heads while building a strong leadership pipeline and succession readiness
