Job description

Housekeeper / Housekeeping Associate
About the Role
Ensure clean, comfortable, welcoming guest rooms and spaces that meet Marriott standards. Pride in detail and teamwork is essential.
Responsibilities
• Clean and refresh guest rooms (beds, bathrooms, dusting, vacuuming, amenities) to brand standards.
• Strip linen, remove trash, restock amenities/supplies.
• Report maintenance issues and lost-and-found immediately.
• Follow safety and chemical-handling procedures.
• Keep cart and storage areas organized.
• Meet daily productivity standards.
• Assist with public areas, laundry, or other duties as needed.
• Maintain high cleanliness for extended-stay suites (kitchens, living areas) where applicable.
Required
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, lift throughout shift.
• Reliable attendance and attention to detail.
• Work weekends/holidays; at least 18 years old.
• Ability to follow instructions and work independently or in team.
Preferred
• Prior hotel/housekeeping experience; brand standards familiarity.
