We are seeking a dynamic, guest-focused Front Office Manager who inspires teams to lead our Front Desk operations. Salary Range: $64,000 – $67,000 annually, based on experience.

In this role, you will warmly welcome guests and lead your team to deliver exceptional service throughout their stay. You will champion a culture of excellence, ensuring every interaction, from arrival to departure, is seamless, memorable, and uniquely Renaissance. Through strong leadership, you’ll empower the Guest Services TEAM to create extraordinary moments that inspire repeat visits and loyalty.

Essential Job Functions:Β 

  • Promote exceptional customer service by leading with positivity and professionalism.
  • Respond promptly, confidently, and effectively to guest questions and requests.
  • Foster strong working relationships within Guest Services and across departments.
  • Support new team members with clear training and guidance on service procedures.
  • Drive continuous improvement through proactive coaching, mentoring, and performance management.
  • Ensure the upkeep, organization, and proper maintenance of all guest service areas and equipment.

Physical Demands:Β 

  • Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull 10 lbs
  • Stand, walk, and work at times in confined spaces throughout the shift in full sight of guests

Qualifications:

  • 5 years' combined experience in guest services and supervisory roles in hotels or related areas preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of front desk operations, including check-in/check-out and service recovery.
  • Exceptional communication and customer service skills, with the ability to perform under pressure.
  • Ability to lead, motivate, and inspire a team with a focus on service excellence.
  • Proficiency with hotel management software and reservation systems.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of multitasking effectively.
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
  • Positive attitude and polished, professional demeanor.
  • Experience with hotel FSPMS systems is a plus

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in a luxury or full-service hotel environment.
  • Knowledge of Renaissance Hotel’s brand standards and service culture.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or a related field.
