Across from the Music City Center, the luxury hotel is a one-of-a-kind experience, fully integrated with an expansion of the Country Music Hall of Fame and Museum on four levels. Located on Fifth Avenue between Demonbreun and Korean Veterans Blvd. The Omni Nashville Hotel design is a modern expression of the city's distinct character, incorporating natural materials, exposed steel and regional limestone. The multi-story hotel and expanded museum shares meeting and entertainment space and brings additional restaurants and retail venues to this dynamic destination in downtown Nashville.

As a Recruiting Manager, you will collaborate and build relationships in the community to identify and develop a pipeline of prospective candidates for targeted properties. The key focus for this role is to own the whole recruitment process, execute sourcing strategies and plans focused on passive candidates, with the aim of achieving high quality, cost effective and timely filling of roles. You will work closely with the onsite HR team, EC members and Shared Services recruiting team to coordinate a sourcing strategy and make real-time adjustments to increase effectiveness. This role is not remote and will be on site at our Omni Nashville Hotel.
Responsibilities
  • Implement just-in-time sourcing and lead generation activities for qualified candidates specific to critical open positions
  • Lead in identifying and developing a pipeline of prospective candidates for positions with high turnover
  • Implement long term sourcing plan and calendar outlining key activities to address area of greatest hiring need
  • Develop and maintain a database to track candidate interaction and provide reporting on results of all sourcing activities, campaigns, etc.
  • Represent the company at regional or local recruiting opportunities to include networking events, community engagement and career fairs
  • Partner with property leadership, supervisors, employees to improve employee referrals and participation in recruiting events
  • Maintaining contact with existing talent pool candidates and talent influencers to obtain and capture market intelligence for current and future opportunities.
  • Assisting with development and implementation of candidate engagement initiatives such as newsletters, marketing campaigns, sourcing strategies etc.
  • Participate in ongoing diversity recruiting campaigns to target unique communities and contacts within the local and regional area
  • Develop and maintain a candidate database to track candidate interaction and provide reporting on results of all recruiting activities, campaigns, etc.
  • Leverage and partner with Shared Services recruiting team to coordinate sourcing activities for maximum effectiveness and hiring results
  • Lead the entire recruitment process for external and internal candidates (to posting jobs, collecting interview notes, job offers, leading bi-weekly recruitment calles, providing weekly metrics, owning the recruitment spreadsheet).

Qualifications
  • 1 year experience in a hospitality focused in hotel operations or related area
  • 1 year experience in sales sourcing or recruiting sourcing
  • The ability to work in a fast-paced high pressure work environment while executing delegated tasks and assignments
  • High level of written and verbal communication skills
  • Highly motivated self-starter focused on quality, organization, and results
  • Ability to thrive in goal-oriented environment
  • Excellent organizational skills and detail-oriented
  • High level of written and verbal communication skills
  • Computer proficiency; specifically with Microsoft Office and Windows
  • High attention to detail and organization
  • Experience in using Applicant Tracking System preferred
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality at all times, handle employee matters effectively and employee inquiries with sensitivity
