What is a hostess manager?

Hostess Managers are hospitality professionals responsible for overseeing the front-of-house staff in restaurants, hotels, or event venues. They manage hostesses and hosts, ensuring guests are greeted warmly, seated efficiently, and provided with excellent customer service.
