We’re known for our authentic Greek cuisine, world-famous bakery, and warm, welcoming hospitality. Our team is a close-knit group that values respect, tradition, and teamwork. What You’ll Do as a Host/Hostess
- Warmly welcome guests with confidence, professionalism, and a sense of hospitality.
- Manage table assignments and reservations using Seven Rooms or similar systems.
- Maintain calm and order at the host stand—even during peak times.
- Answer phones and guest inquiries with clarity, patience, and professionalism.
- Keep the entrance and lobby area clean, organized, and inviting.
- Communicate clearly with the front-of-house team to ensure smooth operations.
- Step up to assist with guest concerns, checkouts, or team support when needed.
- Set the example in punctuality, appearance, and professionalism.
What You Bring to the Table
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience as a host/hostess in a high-volume restaurant.
- Familiarity with digital table management systems (Seven Rooms preferred).
- Excellent phone and in-person communication skills.
- Professional demeanor and polished appearance.
- Calm and capable in high-pressure situations.
- Able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Must be 18+ and able to obtain a Food Safety Certification within 60 days of hire.
Physical Requirements
- Able to stand or walk for the duration of your shift.
- Occasionally lift or move 25–50 lbs.
- Visual acuity for reading screens, seating charts, and guest cues.
