Job Summary:
We are seeking a friendly and organized individual to join our team as a Host/Hostess at Mama Foo Foo. As the first point of contact for our guests, you will be responsible for creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere, managing reservations, and ensuring that our guests have a seamless dining experience. If you have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and a keen sense of attention to detail, we'd love to hear from you!
Responsibilities:
Greet guests and manage reservations in a timely and efficient manner
Coordinate seating and table assignments to ensure a smooth dining experience
Manage wait lists and communicate with guests regarding wait times
Handle phone calls and take reservations in a professional and courteous manner
Maintain a clean and organized host stand, including managing guest lists.
Monitor the flow of guests and adjust seating accordingly to minimize wait times
Collaborate with servers and management to ensure seamless service
Provide excellent customer service and handle any customer complaints or issues in a professional manner
Maintain accuracy and attention to detail when handling cash and credit transactions
Requirements:
