As a HOSPITALITY WORKER you will:

  • Support all aspects of the household environment, including, visitors and guests, facilitating all planned and spontaneous needs and activities.
  • Coordinate work with the household caregivers to ensure the laundry needs of the resident are met within the staffing resources of the household.
  • Use appropriate cleaning supplies and equipment to clean floors, furniture, bathrooms, and other areas as needed.
  • Consistently follow safe food guidelines through appropriate hand hygiene, food labeling, and other safe food practices.
  • Work to involve residents in daily household activities.
  • Maintain strict confidentiality of patient, resident, and personnel information.

Are you detail-oriented, organized, and passionate about optimizing patient care? We are looking for candidates who meet the following requirements:

Required Education, Experience, and Skills:

  • High school Diploma or equivalent.
  • Must be at least 16 years of age.
  • Successful completion of AlwaysFood Safe within 90 days of start date
  • Dependent Adult Mandatory Reporter certification within 90 days of start date
  • Strong customer service background.
  • Knowledge of foods and methods of preparation, also ability to plan work to meet established deadlines.
  • Must be able to read, write, and follow oral and written directions.
  • Must have legal authorization to work in the United States

Preferred Education, Experience, and Skills:

  • Quantity cooking experience preferred, preferably in a health care facility
  • Prior related experience working with Federal and State regulations pertaining to nursing facilities preferred.
