Property Location: Radisson Cedar Rapids 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Provides exceptional guest service and ensures all guest inquires and concerns are addressed promptly?
  • Prepares condiments for appropriate garnishment of beverages
  • Presents appropriate menus and informs?guests?of?current?specials?and?promotions 
  • Verifies?age requirements?are met?for purchase of alcohol?as needed 
  • Prepares beverages according to standard operating procedures
  • Operates restaurant and bar related equipment including the cash register, point of sale system and telephone
  • Maintains updated knowledge?related to current menu options, preparation methods and techniques, and ingredients 
  • Operates three compartment sinks or dish tank for cleaning glassware
  • Maintains hand soap and hand towels at hand wash stations
  • Processes payment transactions following established procedures?
  • Identifies when a customer has reached his/her alcohol consumption limit?
  • Stocks and maintains beer, wine, and liquor inventories to ensure efficient operations
  • Assists in monitoring and?upholding?policies and?procedures for safety of guests and team members??? 
  • Assists in maintaining cleanliness?throughout the department 
  • Assists team members and other departments as needed to contribute to operational efficiency? 
  • Performs additional responsibilities as assigned by leadership
