What You’ll Do
As our Hospitality Supervisor, you’ll oversee daily front-of-house (FOH) operations, taking charge of guest experience, the Neighborly marketplace, and a team that thrives on making connections. From training and development to handling guest concerns with empathy, you’ll be the go-to person for ensuring every guest interaction feels warm and welcoming.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Trains, coaches, and develops front of house team members helping them grow and strengthen their hospitality skills.

  • Addresses guest concerns with empathy and care while remaining focused on a positive guest experience.

  • Takes ownership of the Neighborly marketplace, ensuring it remains well-stocked, clean, and inviting for guests. Oversees the maintenance, organization, and display of gourmet snacks, beverages, and ready-made foods.

  • Ensure all front of house team members are following the applicable health and safety rules and regulations while upholding Neighborly’s hospitality standards.

  • Works closely with the kitchen team, ensuring clear communication and a seamless service flow.

  • Capably work any FOH station, with a strong focus on the expo role to ensure smooth transitions between packing, running, and guest hospitality.


QUALIFICATIONS/SKILLS:

  • Excellent communication skills to connect effectively with customers and team members

  • Possess a positive attitude and ethics which support our values and culture

  • Ability to manage a fast-paced, high-volume, clean, customer-focused restaurant

  • Ability to understand financial reports

  • Strong time-management skills; ability to multi-task, prioritize, and organize

  • Able to work flexible hours necessary to manage and operate the restaurant effectively, including weekends and closing shifts as needed

  • Excellent leadership and organizational skills with attention to detail

  • Proven track record of exceptional customer service


EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE:

  • Minimum of 1-2 years’ management experience

  • High-volume restaurant experience preferred


ESSENTIAL PHYSICAL FUNCTIONS

  • Must have the ability/stamina to work a minimum of 35 hours a week

  • Ability to stand/walk for 8-10 hours per day

  • Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs

  • Will frequently reach, feel, bend, stoop, carry, finely manipulate and key in data

  • Flexible Schedule

  • Must be able to tolerate potential allergens to include peanut products, egg, dairy, gluten, soy, seafood and shellfish


COMPENSATION & BENEFITS

  • $68,000-$70,000 depending on experience
