Job description


The Hospitality Services Representative is responsible for hotel check-ins, check-outs, answering telephones, making reservations, and checking coats and luggage in.
HOW YOU WILL CREATE THE EXTRAORDINARY
  • Maintains constant awareness of hotel occupancy to sell rooms.
  • Provides and monitors requested room types.
  • Able to pre-block rooms and monitor special requests.
  • Answers phones in a courteous, informative, and timely manner.
  • Assist guests with coat check and luggage handling.
  • Assist hotel housekeeping as needed.
  • Demonstrates and follow cash handling procedures.
  • Plans, organizes and completes work timely
  • Takes initiatives, shows ownership and goes above and beyond to assist guests with their needs
  • Accepts feedback and coaching from supervisors.
Qualifications
  • Sound technical and operational understanding of customer service and hotel operations.
  • Must be able to receive and maintain all required certification.
  • Complete all required company training.
ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS
  • Ability to move effectively and efficiently throughout the hotel areas.
  • Ability to stand for a prolonged period.
  • Ability to read and write.
  • Ability to use computers, telephones and radios.
  • Ability to work in a smoking and pet-friendly environment.
