Junior Project Manager

Hotels | Renovations | Real Impact

Ever walked into a hotel and thought,"I wonder how all of this came together?"
Better yet... do you want to be part of making it happen?

We're looking for aJunior Project Manager who's ready to roll up their sleeves, learn fast, and help bring hotel projects to life-from renovations and upgrades to behind-the-scenes improvements that keep everything running smoothly.

What You'll Be Doing

You'll partner closely with our Director of Capital Projects and support projects across our hotel portfolio-think renovations, mechanical upgrades, and everything in between.

Be in the Action

  • Help manage hotel projects from planning through completion
  • Be onsite-walking properties, checking progress, and keeping things moving
  • Work alongside contractors, engineers, and hotel teams to get it done right

Keep Projects on Track

  • Coordinate schedules, budgets, and vendor timelines
  • Track progress and make sure nothing falls through the cracks
  • Help sequence work so hotels can keep running (guests always come first!)

Own the Details

  • Organize project docs-punch lists, reports, proposals, approvals
  • Keep communication flowing between GMs, vendors, and stakeholders
  • Make sure everyone knows what's happening and what's next

Spot & Solve

  • Identify issues early and help drive solutions
  • Support risk mitigation and keep projects moving forward
  • Learn to read plans and scopes (we'll teach you what you don't know)

Collaborate Across the Board

  • Work with architects, engineers, contractors, and brand partners (Hilton, Marriott, IHG + more)
  • Support bidding, onboarding, and compliance with brand standards

What You Bring
  • 1-2 years of experience in hospitality, construction, or project coordination
  • Strong organization skills-you love a checklist and a timeline
  • Clear communication-you can keep everyone aligned and informed
  • A proactive mindset-you don't wait, you move
  • Comfort being onsite in active hotels and construction environments

Bonus points if you:

  • Have exposure to hotel operations or renovations
  • Can read construction plans (or are excited to learn)
