Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the Executive Team and Operator to build and maintain our Hospitality Promise
  • Lead and coach Front of Home (FOH) Shift Supervisors and team members
  • Partner with Training Director to implement training and new product rollouts
  • Set and visually share team goals, celebrating wins regularly
  • Monitor FOH labor, staffing, and daily hospitality quality standards
  • Oversee hospitality equipment, facilities, and cash flow management
  • Lead hospitality project teams and hold regular 1-on-1 meetings with supervisors
  • Respond to customer feedback and maintain excellent communication within the team
  • Own cash management system
