You'll get real exposure to every stage of a commercial construction project and build skills that will serve you for the rest of your career.

Candidates may work a 10-days-on / 4-days-off rotation or remain on-site for the full project duration — the choice is yours. The scope and timeline of the assignment may evolve, and we need someone flexible and ready to adapt.

What We Offer:

  • A vibrant corporate culture where safety is the #1 priority.
  • Monthly employee appreciation events.
  • Employee Assistance Program.
  • Health & wellness benefits.
  • Career development opportunities.
  • Milestone Recognition Program.
  • Employee Referral bonuses.
  • Training opportunities: Online and leadership development training

Qualifications:

Experience & Education

  •  2+ years of experience in the commercial construction industry
  • Background in construction, engineering, or a related field is preferred
  • Experience or exposure to hospitality, restaurant, or retail construction is an asset
  • Ability to read and interpret construction and millwork drawings

Technical Skills

  • Proficiency in Procore — document management, PO tracking, and daily reporting
  • Comfortable with Microsoft Office Suite and Google Suite

  • Strong communication skills — written and verbal — for working with vendors, subcontractors, and internal teams

Key Responsibilities:

Project Support & Documentation

  • Track, manage, and upload all project documentation to Procore accurately and on time
  •  Prepare, issue, and manage purchase orders in Procore following PM approval
  • Assist with the review and distribution of shop drawings to consultants and clients for approval
  • Create startup materials and project close-out documentation
  • Manage and track change orders and time-loss logs

Procurement & Vendor Coordination

  • Coordinate communications with vendors and suppliers — verify lead times, confirm quotes, and flag delays early
  • Review and verify subcontractor quotes and ensure accurate scope coverage before award
  • Monitor material orders to ensure timely and accurate procurement before it becomes a site issue
  • Coordinate accommodation arrangements for project team members assigned to Jasper, including working with accommodation providers, confirming availability, tracking bookings, and flagging any concerns that may impact site coverage.

Progress Monitoring & Compliance

  • Monitor project progress and budgets to ensure milestones are being met; escalate risks to the PM proactively
  • Assist with permitting processes, including coordinating with local municipalities on permit requests
  • Support site safety compliance by maintaining accurate records and documentation in Procore

What We Value:

  • Takes ownership of both their successes and their challenges — no deflecting, no excuses
  •  Is solutions-focused and always looking for a way to move forward
  • Thinks ahead and anticipates project needs before they become problems
  •  Is resilient, adaptable, and dedicated to delivering excellence even when the pressure is on
  •  Builds strong working relationships with trades, vendors, and teammates — people enjoy working with you
