Location: Miami-Dade, Broward & Palm Beach Counties
Job Type: Full-Time | Field-Based
Compensation: $55,000–$70,000 Base Salary + Uncapped Commission
On-Target Earnings: $90,000–$140,000+

Turn Your Hospitality Network Into a Six-Figure Career

We're seeking an experienced hospitality sales professional. This role is focused on developing new staffing partnerships with hotels, resorts, and hospitality management companies.

If you already have relationships with General Managers, HR Directors, Directors of Operations, Executive Housekeepers, or hotel ownership groups, this is an opportunity to leverage those connections into a rewarding career with uncapped earning potential.

This is not an inside sales position. You'll be in the field meeting with hospitality leaders, developing new business, and building long-term client partnerships throughout South Florida.

What You'll Do

  • Develop new business within the hospitality industry through prospecting, networking, referrals, and cold calling.
  • Visit hotels, resorts, hospitality management companies, and related businesses throughout your territory.
  • Build relationships with key decision-makers responsible for hiring and workforce management.
  • Present staffing solutions tailored to each client's operational needs.
  • Generate new accounts while expanding existing client relationships.
  • Partner with internal recruiting teams to deliver qualified talent quickly and efficiently.
  • Build and manage your own book of business while consistently exceeding sales goals.

What We're Looking For

Required Qualifications

  • Proven outside sales or business development experience.
  • Existing relationships with hotel owners, General Managers, HR Directors, Directors of Operations, Executive Housekeepers, or hospitality management companies.
  • Strong networking, prospecting, negotiation, and closing skills.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a field environment.
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) required.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
