At Hertford Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center, we are committed to providing top-notch care to our residents, and we're seeking dedicated and compassionate Certified Nurse Assistants (CNAs) to join our team. As a valued member of our community, you'll have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive environment, while making a meaningful difference in the lives of our residents.
Job Summary:
We are currently seeking Certified Nurse Assistants (CNAs) to work variable shifts, including days, evenings, and nights, with every other weekend. As a CNA at Hertford Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center, you will assist RNs and LPNs with services necessary in caring for the personal needs, safety, and comfort of our residents. Responsibilities:
  • Assist RNs and LPNs with services necessary in caring for the personal needs, safety, and comfort of residents/patients as assigned
  • Provide excellent patient care and maintain a positive, respectful attitude towards residents, families, and colleagues
  • Participate in the administration of medications, treatments, and other interventions as directed by licensed nurses
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of resident care and services

Qualifications:
  • High School diploma or equivalent preferred
  • CNA Licenses: Required Valid certification as a CNA in the State of North Carolina
  • LTC/SNF experience preferred
