A high volume, guest focused seafood restaurant in Upland is seeking an Assistant General Manager to help lead daily operations and support a strong service culture. This is a hands on leadership role within a fast paced casual dining environment known for fresh, flavorful seafood and healthier menu options.

The menu is seafood driven and includes grilled fish, shrimp, salmon, rice bowls, salads, tacos, and other clean, fresh items that deliver great value in a welcoming atmosphere. This opportunity is ideal for a leader who enjoys being active on the floor, coaching teams, and helping drive consistency during peak service times.


Key Responsibilities


Operations Leadership

• Support the General Manager with daily restaurant operations

• Lead shifts and ensure strong execution during high volume periods

• Maintain standards for cleanliness, food quality, speed, and hospitality

• Assist with opening and closing procedures and daily checklists

• Help maintain product availability, organization, and readiness for service


Guest Experience

• Deliver a friendly and efficient guest experience through floor leadership
