We are seeking a dependable, detail-oriented administrative assistant to support the day-to-day operations of multiple restaurant locations. This position is ideal for someone with restaurant experience who understands employee scheduling, labor-cost management, food-cost tracking, and professional email communication.


Key Responsibilities


  • Create and update weekly employee schedules based on projected sales, staffing needs, and labor targets
  • Monitor scheduled and actual labor costs for each restaurant
  • Identify overtime, overstaffing, scheduling gaps, and other cost concerns
  • Review food purchases, invoices, inventory, and food-cost reports
  • Organize operational and financial information in spreadsheets
  • Respond to routine emails and follow up with managers, vendors, and other contacts
  • Maintain organized digital records and administrative documents
  • Prepare weekly summaries highlighting labor, food costs, and items requiring attention
  • Assist ownership with additional administrative and restaurant operations tasks


Required Qualifications


  • Previous restaurant, hospitality, or multi-location administrative experience
  • Experience creating employee schedules
  • Strong knowledge of labor percentages, food costs, and basic restaurant financial reports
  • Proficiency with Excel or Google Sheets
