Hospitality Test Analyst
Location: Las Vegas, Nevada (Onsite)
Overview
An opportunity is available for a Hospitality Test Analyst to support a large-scale digital key deployment initiative across hotel properties. This individual will play a critical role in validating the guest experience by executing end-to-end testing of mobile key functionality across various devices, operating systems, and hospitality technology platforms. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, comfortable working in hotel environments, and possesses an understanding of mobile devices, tablets, smart watches, kiosks, and other guest-facing hospitality technologies. This position is focused on manual testing and user acceptance validation in live hotel environments.
Key Responsibilities
  • Execute manual test cases and test scripts related to the deployment of digital key technology across properties.
  • Perform end-to-end guest journey testing, including mobile check-in, digital key issuance, room access validation, hotel kiosk interactions, and device connectivity.
  • Test digital key functionality across multiple platforms and devices, including iPhone, Android devices, Apple Watch, Android smart watches, tablets, and other mobile devices.
  • Visit hotel properties to validate functionality in real-world environments.
  • Identify, document, and report defects, issues, and error messages.
  • Work with IT teams, developers, and project stakeholders to communicate testing results and support issue resolution.
  • Create, update, and maintain test scripts and testing documentation.
  • Track testing outcomes and provide feedback on system performance and user experience.
  • Assist with basic troubleshooting and support activities during testing and deployment efforts.
Required Qualifications
  • Experience performing manual testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), QA testing, or system validation activities.
  • Understanding of mobile devices and operating systems, including iOS, Android, tablets, smart watches, and wearable technology.
  • Ability to document test results, issues, and defects.
  • Communication skills and ability to collaborate with technical and business teams.
  • Comfortable working onsite at hotel properties and performing hands-on testing.
  • Organized with attention to detail.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience testing hospitality technology solutions.
  • Experience using hotel digital keys, mobile check-in applications, or self-service kiosks.
  • Hospitality industry experience, particularly in hotels, resorts, or gaming environments.
  • Previous Level 1 Help Desk, End User Support, or Technical Support experience.
  • Experience serving as a power user, super user, or SME for guest-facing technology solutions.
  • Exposure to mobile app testing or guest experience validation initiatives.
