We are looking for motivated, dependable, and dedicated caregivers to provide exceptional direct care and support to our patients. The Registered Nurse assesses, coordinates, and evaluates patient care through collaborative efforts with health team members in accordance with the nursing process and the standards of care and practices.
  • Actively engage in the health care team, offering direct and indirect care to patients, families, and legal guardians.
  • Assess patients' physical and psychological conditions continuously throughout their care journey.
  • Utilize the nursing process in alignment with the philosophy, objectives, values, mission, and core principles of LBH.
  • Uphold a safe therapeutic environment grounded in our core values.
  • Collaborate as an integral member of the multidisciplinary treatment team, actively contributing to the development, implementation, and documentation of tailored goals and interventions based on patient strengths and psychiatric challenges.
Your Experience Matters What we're looking for:
  • Education & Licensure:Graduate from an accredited professional nursing program required and can produce a valid Illinois State RN license. Bachelor's Degree preferred.
  • Experience: At least three years experience in a psychiatric healthcare facility.
  • Additional Skill Requirements: Demonstrate exceptional crisis management and time management skills. Showcase your flexibility and creativity with a proven ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently. Exhibit a calm, organized, and professional demeanor even in stressful situations.

Compensation:
