Participants engage in a series of learning experiences focused on strengthening clinical judgment, enhancing patient care skills, developing critical thinking abilities, and promoting professional growth. The program also provides opportunities to connect with fellow new graduate nurses, share experiences, and learn within a supportive cohort environment.
