Responsibilities

Serves as the administrative coordinator for the clinically integrated network, performing a broad range of administrative duties to support the group's operations.  This position requires an organized, self-starting individual who has the ability to analyze, problem-solve, and manage multiple projects and priorities.  The individual must be able to tactfully and effectively communicate with physicians, managed care companies, executives, and other individuals both within and outside the hospital.  This position will also provide administrative support to other departments as assigned.

Qualifications

KNOWLEDGE SKILLS AND ABILITIES/LICENSE OR CERTIFICATION REQUIRED

  • Bachelors' degree or equivalent, plus three (3) years administrative experience in healthcare or professional office setting.
  • Demonstrated ability to prioritize, organize, exercise independent judgment, and maintain confidentiality.
  • Demonstrated problem solving and decision making abilities.
  • Must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and completeness in database management and contract administration.
  • Advanced proficiency using various computer applications, such as Microsoft Office, CRM and other database management programs.
  • KNOWLEDGE SKILLS AND ABILITIES/LICENSE OR CERTIFICATION PREFERRED

  • Bachelors' degree in business administration, marketing or related field.
  • Prior medical or professional office experience.
  • Proficiency in social media platforms, email marketing tools, and content management systems.
  • Knowledge of basic accounting principles and experience with financial processing
