Job description

This EP Lab Manager position is based in Austin, TX at a 371-bed acute care hospital that also operates a 64-bed rehabilitation hospital and a dedicated heart hospital, offering a broad range of inpatient and outpatient cardiovascular services.
The role. The EP Lab Manager reports up through nursing leadership and holds direct supervisory responsibility over nursing and support personnel across the electrophysiology labs. Day-to-day, this leader coordinates patient flow and clinical operations across the EP labs in collaboration with other department disciplines to drive quality patient outcomes. Core accountabilities include conducting personnel performance appraisals and establishing individual employee goals, overseeing daily accuracy and completeness of patient records and charges, and ensuring ongoing compliance with nursing standards of care. The manager also leads staff communication through in-services and department meetings and carries active responsibility for budget oversight and inventory control.
What we're looking for.
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required
• Acute care experience required
• Basic Cardiac Life Support (BLS) certification required
• Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification required
Schedule. Full-time, day shift with no weekend requirement.
