Critical Illness Recovery Hospital
Environmental Services Manager

Responsibilities
We are looking for valued employees who will be Champions of the Select Medical Way, which includes putting the patient first, helping to improve quality of life for the community in which you live and work, continuing to develop and explore new ideas, providing high-quality care and doing well by doing what is right.
As the Environmental Services Manager, you will supervise all work activities of your department's personnel to ensure clean, orderly, and attractive conditions in the facility.
  • Making inspections of all assigned areas to make certain the highest standards of Quality Assurance Control are being met.
  • Training of new and existing employees on new equipment, products and cleaning methods.
  • Scheduling Environmental Services personnel.
  • Participating in interviewing perspective candidates and making hiring decisions; focusing on maintaining a positive culture.

Qualifications
We are seeking results-driven team players. Qualified candidates must be passionate about providing superior quality in all that they do.
Minimum Requirements:
  • High School Degree or GED equivalent.
  • Two (2) years of work experience or equivalent required.

Preferred qualifications that will make you successful:
  • Five (5) years of experience preferred.
  • Experience in a health care or hospital environment is strongly preferred.
