Job Location

We are seeking an Advanced Practice Provider to join one of the nation's most integrated healthcare systems, with over 1,400 providers in Indianapolis, IN. This opportunity is located at our Community Hospital East campus.

Highlights
Community Physician Network is seeking a Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant to work with our Hospitalist team at Community Hospital East. 

  • Full-time 1.0 FTE day opportunity, four 10-hour shifts per week, and 2 holidays a year.
  • Opportunity to learn and grow as a provider
  • New graduates with inpatient clinical rotations will be considered
  • Electronic Medical Record system (EPIC)
