Position Responsibilities:

  • Completes special cleaning duties promptly, adhering to hospital and departmental standards.
  • Cleans and maintains various areas, including service corridors, waiting rooms, and staircases, ensuring a safe and sanitary environment.
  • Properly handles cleaning chemicals, ensuring correct dilution and efficient distribution of supplies.

  • Gathers waste and soiled linens, disposing of biomedical waste in compliance with Infection Control policies and procedures.

Qualifications:

  • High School or GED preferred.

  • Previous cleaning/maintenance work experience preferred.
