Job description

The Corporate Controller is a key member of the hospital's finance leadership team, responsible for overseeing accounting operations and financial reporting across the organization. Reporting directly to the CFO, this role ensures the accuracy, integrity, and timeliness of financial information while helping support the hospital's mission of delivering high-quality, community-based healthcare.
This is a hands-on leadership position with oversight of general accounting, payroll, accounts payable, financial reporting, internal controls, and regulatory compliance. The Corporate Controller will partner closely with senior leadership and departments across the organization to provide financial insight, strengthen processes, and support sound business decisions.
The ideal candidate is a collaborative and experienced accounting leader who understands the unique financial and regulatory environment of healthcare and is comfortable balancing strategic oversight with day-to-day operations.
CPA certification and prior healthcare experience are required.
This position offers a flexible hybrid schedule, with four days in the office and one remote day each week. We also offer flexibility with scheduling to support work-life balance while maintaining strong collaboration with the finance team and hospital leadership.
