Schedule : Monday to Friday, Day shift

The Clerical Assistant performs skilled receptionist and secretarial/clerical activities for PACE sites.

Required Qualifications:

  • Upon hire: In compliance with company policy and state regulations, a Department of Human Services (DHS) criminal background check may be required for this position based upon the location of the position. Fingerprinting may be required also.
  • 1 year of Front desk medical office and/or service-oriented non-profit experience.
  • Basic computer literacy - ie copy/paste, printer installation, Microsoft familiarity etc.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Accounts payable and cash handling experience.
