Job description

We are #Hiring! Join Medlytix, a fast growing healthcare consulting and technology company specializing in predictive analytics for revenue cycles and collections in leading hospitals and healthcare providers. Utilizing sophisticated data mining and scoring strategies, we have successfully enhanced revenue cycles and collections nationwide.
The Attorney Liaison plays a key role in interfacing with the legal community to increase reimbursement and resolve open receivables for our clients. You will analyze and respond to attorney communications, negotiate settlements, and identify obstacles to account resolution.
Responsibilities:
  • Provide qualitative analysis of attorney communication.
  • Support company practices with patient attorneys through inbound and outbound phone calls through electronic means.
  • Disposition legal demands within company guidelines.
  • Negotiate settlements with law firms and otherwise communicate to resolve TPL and bodily injury claims.
  • Document thorough and accurate records of interactions.
  • Identify obstacles to payment and bring to resolution; including updating insurances, updating attorney or adjuster contact information, rebilling or submitting new bills.
  • Contribute & employ continuous improvement/best-practice techniques for the overall success of the team.
