Seeking Several Full-Time Call Center Schedulers and Part-Time Call Center Schedulers for our Hackettstown office.All new hires are required to attend first-day orientation at our Mount Olive office before reporting to their assigned work location or training site.


SCHEDULES

Schedule 2: Saturday 8:00am-4:00pm. (Part Time)

Schedule 3: Saturday 9:00am-5:00pm. (Part Time)



  • Initialtrainingdays and times will be discussed and agreed upon between the manager/supervisor and the employee.


GENERAL DESCRIPTION OF POSITION

This role is responsible for delivering high-quality customer service while efficiently managing appointment scheduling, patient communications, and account updates. Ensure a smooth and professional experience by addressing inquiries, coordinating imaging appointments, and supporting patients through the scheduling and preparation process.


ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  1. Receive incomings calls from customers and assist them with their needs over the phone
  2. Assist in setting appointments for patients and doctor's offices either through inbound or outbound calls
  3. Gathers information related to customers concerns and provides appropriate resolution
  4. Open and maintain customer accounts by updating account information
  5. Escalate customer concerns that are critical or requires immediate resolution beyond agent capability
  6. Process orders received electronically or over the phone with the patient
  7. Call patients to update them with their upcoming scheduled procedures including clinical preparations
  8. Perform any other related duties as required or assigned.
