To thrive as a Hospice On Call RN, you need expertise in end-of-life care, symptom management, and a current RN license, often with hospice or palliative care experience. Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems, mobile communication tools, and on-call scheduling software is important for efficient case management.
