Our client is a growing hospice provider seeking an experienced Hospice Business Development professional to help expand its presence throughout the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex.

This opportunity is ideal for a motivated healthcare sales professional who already has an established network of referral sources and is ready to leverage those relationships with an organization that offers a competitive base salary and an uncapped bonus plan.

Position Summary

The Hospice Account Executive is responsible for growing hospice admissions by developing and maintaining referral relationships throughout the assigned territory. This role focuses on building partnerships with physicians, hospitals, skilled nursing facilities, assisted living communities, case managers, discharge planners, and other healthcare professionals while serving as a trusted resource for hospice education and patient referrals.

Responsibilities
  • Develop new referral relationships while maintaining an existing book of business.

  • Grow hospice admissions through strategic relationship development and community outreach.

  • Meet with physicians, hospitals, skilled nursing facilities, assisted living communities, and other referral partners on a regular basis.

  • Educate referral sources on hospice services and appropriate patient referrals.

  • Collaborate with clinical and operational teams to ensure a seamless referral and admission process.

  • Represent the organization at networking events, healthcare meetings, and community functions.

  • Maintain accurate documentation of sales activities and referral opportunities.

Qualifications
  • Minimum of 1 year of hospice business development, hospice sales, or hospice account executive experience.

  • An established hospice referral network within the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex is required.

  • Demonstrated success growing hospice census and developing referral relationships.
