Job description

Fire Hose Testing Laborer

Reliant Fire Hose Testing Inc. is seeking motivated employees to join our hose testing crew immediately. We provide fire hose, ground ladder, and fire pump testing services to fire departments throughout the region.

This is a physically active outdoor position that involves traveling to different fire stations each day and assisting with the testing of fire department hose inventories.

Job Duties Include:

  • Removing fire hoses from fire apparatus and hose storage areas
  • Laying out hoses for testing
  • Assisting with hose testing operations
  • Rolling and packing hoses after testing is completed
  • Reloading hoses onto fire apparatus and storage racks
  • General labor and job site cleanup
  • Working as part of a team to complete testing projects efficiently and safely

Work Environment:

  • Outdoor work in various weather conditions
  • Travel to different fire stations and job locations daily
  • Physical work involving lifting, carrying, dragging, and rolling fire hoses
  • Fast-paced environment with steady work available through the end of December

Schedule & Benefits:

  • Must be able to perform physical labor and lift heavy equipment
