Located on the southeastern coast of the pristine island of Lāna'i, lies the secluded retreat of Four Seasons Resort Lāna'i, an oceanfront destination offering travelers a curated, personalized island escape. The five-star, five-diamond Resort offers outdoor restaurants, including Nobu Lāna'i, a kid's club, Tennis Garden, cultural programming, beach and pool with spacious seating areas nestled among tropical gardens, Hawanawana spa and luxury retail boutiques. LANA'I AMBASSADOR
The Four Seasons Resort Lāna'i is looking for a Lana'i Ambassador who shares a passion for excellence and who infuses enthusiasm into everything they do. Our teams have the opportunity to shape our guest experience by providing exceptional knowledge of the Resort and exemplifying the Golden Rule in each interaction. Work authorization required.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
The Lana'i Ambassador provides personalized guest service throughout the stay, acting as a primary point of contact for arrivals, departures, and requests while ensuring a seamless, luxury experience. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
  • Welcome guests and manage seamless arrival and departure experiences, including check-in/check-out, verifying reservation details, issuing keys, coordinating luggage, and processing accurate billing and payments

  • Serve as a primary point of contact throughout the stay, building relationships, anticipating needs, and coordinating dining, activities, spa services, transportation, and special requests

  • Deliver personalized, high-level guest service by recognizing preferences, handling VIP interactions, resolving concerns, and ensuring satisfaction through proactive service recovery

  • Maintain accurate guest records using property management systems, including reservations, profiles, preferences, and billing details

  • Handle cashiering responsibilities, including processing payments, posting charges, reconciling transactions, and maintaining balance accuracy

  • Support revenue generation by promoting room upgrades, resort experiences, and amenities while ensuring accurate rate assignment and billing

WHAT TO BRING
  • Successful candidate must possess legal work authorization in United States

  • The hospitality business functions seven (7) days a week, twenty-four (24) hours a day and scheduled days and times may vary based on need. Holidays and weekends availability is required.

  • Ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 50 lbs, and push/pull as needed during shifts

  • Exceptional guest service skills with a genuine passion for hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences.

  • Outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage professionally and confidently with guests and colleagues.
