Job description

Draft Horse is seeking a Director of Beverage & Equipment Services to lead and grow our beverage systems division throughout Texas. This executive will be responsible for estimating project management, operations, profitability, recruiting, technician development, sales support, and strategic growth initiatives.

The ideal candidate possesses extensive knowledge of draft beer systems, beverage dispensing equipment, service operations, and hospitality clients while also having the leadership skills necessary to build additional service offerings including commercial kitchen equipment repair.

Key Responsibilities

Estimating and overseeing installation of Draught systems
• Lead and develop service, dispatch, and field teams
• Recruit, train, and retain top technical talent
• Manage service operations across Texas
• Drive revenue growth and profitability
• Develop preventative maintenance programs

Expand espresso, coffee, soda, and beverage offerings
• Build a commercial kitchen equipment repair division
• Develop strategic partnerships with manufacturers and distributors
• Support acquisition and expansion initiatives
• Establish KPIs, dashboards, and accountability systems
• Maintain exceptional customer satisfaction

Qualifications

• 10+ years of beverage systems installation, service operations
• Strong understanding of draft beer systems and dispense technology. You will provide technical support on these systems.
• Experience managing technicians and service organizations
Must be able to design and estimate / project manage draught beer systems
• Proven recruiting and leadership ability
• Strong customer relationship skills
• Commercial kitchen equipment experience preferred
• HVAC or refrigeration experience is a plus
