Job Summary:
This positionis responsible forwashing dishes and all cooking materials by machine or hand,maintainingkitchen work areas and equipment in clean conditions,sweepingand scrubbing floors, bussing tables, serving food, and sorting and removing trash.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Produce,cleanand sanitize pots,dishesand utensils ina timelyfashion manually or with dish machine.
Maintain proper use of dishmachineby monitoring cleaning product levels and temperatures.
Store all items in their proper place.
Provide high quality service for guests and fellow employees with a friendly and cooperative attitude.
Maintain dish stations. Keep them clean and free of debris. Help with trash removal,compostingand recycling efforts.
Maintain kitchen floors, keepingitclean and dry.
Clean kitchen walls, equipment, and other areas, as assigned.
Know health department guidelinesregardingwater temperature, slippery floors, knife handling, and proper use of machinery and equipment.
Working knowledge of all chemicals, proper uses,appropriate quantities, and emergency procedures, as detailed on MSDS sheets.
May provide assistance with bussing tables, cleaning food court areas and lifting and storage of food.

Due to the nature of our business,Zion Mountain Ranchis open every day.You must be prepared toworka schedule which may include Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays.

Ability to remain calm and friendly.
Ability to physically work as aKitchen and RestaurantStaff member.
