• Conduct comprehensive assessments and screenings to understand clients' mental health issues effectively and devise tailored treatment plans that cater to their individual needs.

• Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions using evidence-based practices, drawing from a wide range of therapeutic techniques to best support client growth.

• Engage in regular collaboration with interdisciplinary team members, including psychiatrists, psychologists, and case managers, to provide holistic care and optimize client outcomes.

• Educate clients' families about mental health issues, fostering an environment that encourages their involvement in the therapeutic process and recovery journey.

• Maintain accurate and confidential client records, ensuring adherence to HIPAA regulations and ethical best practices.

Our client base includes individuals from diverse backgrounds experiencing various mental health concerns, ranging from anxiety and depression to more severe psychological conditions. We emphasize culturally competent care, ensuring that every client receives personalized attention that respects their unique experiences, values, and perspectives.

• A valid license as a licensed mental health counselor (LMHC), licensed professional counselor (LPC/MHSP), licensed professional counselor (LPC), or licensed clinical social worker (LCSW) in the state of Tennessee.

• A Master’s degree or Doctorate in fields such as Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• At least two years of clinical experience in a mental health counseling setting, demonstrating proficiency in therapeutic methods.

• Strong background in conducting therapy using a variety of evidence-based techniques, with a focus on individual and group modalities.

• Experience with electronic health record (EHR) systems and telehealth platforms, facilitating efficient client management and care documentation.

• A track record of collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to improve client care and treatment results.

The annual salary for this position ranges from $80,000 to $100,000, commensurate with experience, along with a competitive benefits package that includes:
