• Engage with clients to assess their mental health needs and collaboratively establish treatment objectives tailored to individual circumstances.
• Deliver prevention-oriented therapy, utilizing evidence-based approaches to foster resilience and emotional health.
• Develop, implement, and consistently review comprehensive treatment plans to ensure they meet clients’ evolving needs.
• Coordinate with other healthcare providers and community treatment resources to enhance the continuum of care and ensure holistic support.
• Maintain meticulous documentation of client sessions, treatment progress, and outcomes, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
• Participate in regular staff meetings to share insights, discuss challenges, and contribute to the positive culture of our organization.
• Actively participate in team-building activities that contribute to the overall enrichment of our workplace environment.

Our clientele spans a variety of backgrounds and mental health challenges, allowing you to work with individuals facing anxiety, depression, trauma, and more. You will provide compassionate support and therapeutic strategies tailored to each client's unique experiences. • Currently hold an active, full licensure as either an LCPC, LMFT, or LCSW.
• Possess a Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
• Demonstrated experience in mental health counseling or closely related fields with a minimum of one year of professional practice.
• Solid familiarity with local community mental health resources that can aid client treatment and development.
• Exemplary written and verbal communication skills, enhancing rapport with clients and collaboration with colleagues.
• Strong leadership qualities that contribute positively to a team-oriented structure.

• Experience with telehealth platforms and remote client management is desirable, adapting well to virtual therapy sessions.
• Knowledge of integrated care models or experience collaborating with multidisciplinary teams is an asset.

The salary range for this position is competitive, ranging from USD 70,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition to a generous salary plan, we offer comprehensive benefits including:
