At LA Honda World, we're looking for friendly, enthusiastic individuals who love helping others. As a Helpful Honda Person, you'll represent the Honda brand by greeting each customer as they arrive to the store
What you'll do:
1. Welcome Customers: Provide a warm and friendly greeting to each guest as they arrive at the dealership, ensuring they feel welcomed and valued.
2. Asses' customer needs: For example if they are looking for new or Pre-Owned vehicle or if coming in for a scheduled appointment alert the appropriate staff and introduce the customer to the staff member.
3. Direct Traffic Flow: Assist in guiding customers to the correct departments, such as sales, service, or finance, based on their needs.
4. Answer Basic Inquiries: Provide information about dealership hours, services, and basic vehicle information to help customers quickly find answers to common questions.
5. Support Customer Satisfaction: Offer a friendly presence, keeping an eye out for any needs or questions customers might have while waiting.
6. Collaborate with Staff: Communicate effectively with sales, management teams to ensure customers are assisted promptly.
7. Manage Visitor Logs: Keep track of customer visits via provided iPad and direct them to the appropriate representative.
8. Reviews: Offer happy customers direction on how to leave us a review on Google or Yelp.
