As a Service Valet, you play a crucial role in enhancing customer satisfaction by providing exceptional service and support to clients visiting the dealership for vehicle maintenance and repairs. This role involves efficiently managing the flow of vehicles, maintaining the service area's cleanliness, and offering a positive customer experience.
Your work will ensure our guests leave 100% satisfied with their Norm Reeves experience. This role is a great way to kick start your career with us!
What You'll Do:
  • Greet customers promptly and professionally as they arrive at the dealership's service area.
  • Collect necessary vehicle information, such as model, mileage, and service history, to initiate the service process.
  • Coordinate with service advisors to ensure smooth handoff of vehicles for repairs and maintenance.
  • Parking and Retrieving Vehicles
  • Verify the accuracy of vehicle documentation and services performed before returning the vehicle to the customer.
  • Provide clear explanations of the services performed and any additional recommendations from the service team.
  • Ensure the service area is clean, organized, and free of debris at all times.

What You'll Need:
  • Full-time availability and at least 18 years old
  • Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
  • Proficiency in operating various vehicles, including manual transmission
  • Ability to stand, walk, and be on your feet for extended periods.
  • Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions.
  • A people-oriented, outgoing, and friendly attitude
  • Exceptional attention to detail in a fast-paced environment
