Location: Port Charlotte, FL (On Site) | Type: Full Time | Pay: $70,000 - $150,000+

Core Responsibilities
  • Greet customers and conduct vehicle inspections to identify service needs
  • Explain recommended services, costs, and timelines clearly
  • Coordinate service appointments and manage schedules for timely completion
  • Communicate with customers throughout the service process
  • Work with technicians to ensure smooth workflow and resolve customer concerns
  • Recommend additional services to enhance customer satisfaction
Basic Requirements
  • Previous automotive service or customer service experience (dealership preferred)
