Job Overview
As an Automotive Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for customers and visitors at our dealership. Your role is critical in ensuring a welcoming atmosphere while maintaining accurate records and supporting dealership operations.
Primary Duties
  • Greet customers and answer phone calls promptly and courteously.
  • Guide customers to the appropriate department for assistance.
  • Maintain accurate filing of receipts, permits, and other documentation for efficient data retrieval.
  • Assist with customer complaints and adjustments, aiming for satisfactory resolutions.
