Responsibilities - Sales Consultant:

  • Meet dealership sales goals.
  • Maintain Customer Satisfaction scores at or above company standards.
  • Greet customer and determine make, type, and quality of vehicle desired.
  • Explain features and demonstrate operation of vehicle in showroom or on road.
  • Suggest optional equipment for customer to purchase.
  • Compute price and complete necessary paperwork.
  • Arrange for delivery and registration of vehicle.
  • Engage in business development - maintain sales leads.
  • Build relationships with the customers.
  • Know the product well enough to answer characteristic and operational questions regarding the customer's vehicle.
  • Other duties may be assigned.

Qualifications and Requirements - Sales Consultant:

  • Experience is plus but not required!
  • Bilingual ability in any language is a plus!
  • Proficient with using the internet
  • Must have a strong personal drive, a great work ethic, and be an outgoing friendly person
  • Professional, well-groomed personal appearance
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Valid in-state driver's license and automobile insurance
  • Excellent communication skills, written and oral
