Pay Starting at:$18.81 - $19.00

The Business Assistant team plays a crucial role in the sales process by efficiently and accurately handling car financing, ensuring a seamless experience for customers. What you will do:

  • Accurately receipt cash deposits and ensure all monies are received on transactions.

  • Submit credit applications.

  • Responsible for packaging, scanning and funding contracts.

  • Monitor and update the Contract In Transit (CIT) account; update notes in the software application for all unfunded deals.

  • Send/scan all Finance and Insurance contracts for remittance daily, logging all contracts sent.

  • Prioritize car deals to ensure the One Hour promise time to customers is met.

  • This position works directly with our sales staff, and does not interact directly with customers.

What we are looking for:

  • High School diploma or equivalent

  • Attention to detail and accuracy

  • Math aptitude

  • Interest in Finance

  • Loan processing or credit report experience a plus

  • Ability to work past regular shift, as needed, to complete customer's transactions
